To increase a habit, make its cue obvious
To decrease a habit, make its cue invisible - Craving:
To increase a habit, make its craving attractive
To decrease a habit, make its craving offputting - Response:
To increase a habit, make its response easy
To decrease a habit, make its response hard - Reward:
To increase a habit, make its reward satisfying
To decrease a habit, make its reward unfulfilling
